So that you know what will be expected when booking , in addition to a deposit and booking fee, you will be asked to read the statement below and confirm that you meet the criteria for taking Essence. For this reason, it is important that the person attending the course completes the form (or is present and in agreement to the answers given). You will also be asked to confirm your commitment to the course and list anything you are aware of that might prevent you from completing the entire course.

Essence is not suitable for:
People under 18 years old
Pregnant women
People with schizophrenia or bi polar
People who have any doubt that they can commit to the full course

The course may not be suitable for people with other psychiatrically diagnosed conditions relating to mood, personality or psychosis. If you think this might apply, you may still put down your deposit to secure your place but you will need to talk it over with your health care professional and contact the office so that we are aware of your situation. Note: although there are usually no refunds for Essence, you will be eligible for a full refund if together we come to a conclusion that the course is unsuitable for you on these grounds.
